Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at help@noricases.com. Do not send any items without prior instructions from our support team.
You have 24h since you placed the order to cancel. If the order is fulfilled or you contacted us 24h after order was placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their item. We do not provide pre-paid return labels unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions
Custom products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Refunds
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at help@noricases.com.
